Mouse Brain Map

In conjunction with The Australian Mouse Brain Consortium, particularly the Monash Medical Centre, VeRSI has developed a repository (using open-source Fedora digital asset management software) to hold mouse brain metadata. The mouse brain repository allows researchers to define a flexible structure for their data model, an oft-changing element of subject-centric research.

VeRSI has collaborated with the Victorian Partnership for Advanced Computing (VPAC) to build an interface to facilitate the ingest and management of image data. The interface allows researchers to define a structure for their metadata, create metadata, edit existing data, and browse the repository.
